it's been quite a while since i've written anything on xanga.  5 months?  something like that.  well, i suppose the highlights have been (in no particular order...):
-Band Bash
-Disneyland
-Camille's Winter Bash
-the Henderson's New Year's Eve party
-hula--OLDIES NIGHT
-CHRISTMAS!!
-Christmas break
-getting a facebook (i suppose....)

and yes, i have a facebook now.  i use it more than xanga....but you cant really blog.  you can send messages, make albums.....have mini convos w/ ''friends''....so yeah.  and school hasn't really been too bad.  it's mainly DOING the work that bugs....cant wait for finals in Feb...or the end of Jan....oh well.  that's life.  gotta get through it.....oh!  and TSUNAMI!  ~tsunami 2007~ BIGGER than yourself!  it was pretty awesome....Moi, wayne chaney, erwin mcmanus, Leeland....pretty cool.  except it was cold.  but we went to the AQUARIUM!!  that was pretty awesome too.

school.  its not that bad.  unless you have sampson for honors bio.....then it starts to get a little ''ehh''  and if you have band for 0 AND 1 period on mondays and wednesdays.  thats 3 hours.  thankfully only 0 period on tuesdays and thursdays.  no 0 period on fridays with a few exceptions.  then there's drumline/percussion practices on wednesdays after school from 3-6.  and there's band practices on saturdays from 8-5.  but that's only for this month, and even then, only until next saturday.  then its only practice from 8-12.  with field show competitions afterwards.  but its al good, especially if you like the music.  and its ok.  our field show is nightmare before christmas with 3 movements.

has anything else happened since i last wrote??  i finished my hw!!  and its been good seeing my school friends again.  today was good too!!  ctp starting AND hula workshop...even though i forgot my poi balls...  there's finally gonna be some kind of ''choir-ey'' thing...at least for this trimester of the church year/ctp year.  thank God for auntie barbara!!

and the pomona fair on friday was good too....a little tiring, but ok for my first parade...i got off step a little, and my wrists died from holding the banner up for half an hour, but yeah.  its all good....

let's see....jr high camp....i liked it except for tuesday and wednesday morning....
tuesday morning @ 5:45.....
ryan q woke up.  he woke daniel up. together, they woke jared and me up.  daniel and ryan went jogging.  i went to sleep, or tried to.  wayne(counselor) continuously went in and out of the cabin and let the door slam.  daniel and ryan come back and wake up the rest of the cabin...slowly.  they TRY to whisper.  i TRY to sleep.  kenneth's alarm goes off, but its just a bzzzzzz.....bzzzzzzzzz.  justin(counselor)'s alarm went off.  loud USC alarm.  barrett(counselor)'s alarm went off.  ust a cell phone alarm.  ryan or daniel asks me if im still alive.  i ignore for a little, then say i'm trying to sleep so dont bug me.
wednesday morning.....
justin's alarm went off 10 times cause he slept in the middle room and let his phone in our cabin.......

then there was the time wayne pushed past me to get to snacks where he ate like....12 cookies...so yeah.

but the food was so much better!!  i didn't like the chorizo thing...that made me kinda ehh....but the oxtail thingie was gooood.  AND NO FAKE CHINESE FOOD!!  pine summit finally got it!!  yay!!

a sad thing is that the lake was like 5 feet shallower.... ='[  we went canoeing and had a seaweed fight though!  right before lunch!

FAMILY CAMP!!!
go 3rd and 4th grade!!  wooot!!  jeffrey is hilarious!!  i found out he was a speaker's kid when he couldn't ifnd his parents at lunch on saturday.  i asked him who they were and he was like francis choi...and i was like oh.  so we went around the ponderosa till his sister tiffany found us and took him to their room...he loves to poke btw.  and he ate practically every meal with us...lol.  i'd say 70% of my pics from family cmap are of him.
crazy 3/4 graders....they're AWESOME!!

.....school is starting soon....next week...AHH!!  i still gotta finish my hw...i can do it!!  =]  be positive...
